Responsible of plan, manage, and execute IT general activities especially in system and application development in company.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales volumes through existing and new distributors.
• Negotiate and develop JBP (joint business plan) for assigned distributors in line with all stakeholders
• Monitor, evaluate distributors performance, ensuring they meet agreed-upon targets and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Find new distributors to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to maximize distribution coverage, ensure product availability in the distributors, and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Organize training and development sessions for distributor teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

• Conducting training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within the sales team
• Design, prepare, and deliver training and development programs about sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and relationship management
• Plan, communicate, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities of day-to-day operations for various training programs
• Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
• Assist with the development and support of a Learning Management System and other scalable learning solutions

4. 1 Minggu terhitung 6 Hari kerja (tweekend tetap masuk)

5. Bersedia mobile selling atau turun ke lapangan untuk memenuhi target harian

Kualifikasi :

1. Pelamar usia 18 - 35 tahun

- Using statistical analysis or simulations to analyze the information to define operational problems, develop improvement plan, 

and develop practical solutions.

- Provide comphrenhsive solution regarding the operational improvement with challenging timelines.

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously by organizing own time and team resources to ensure activities are 

completed as per project timeline.

- Communicate effectively with partners to maintain agreement on project plans and obtain support from colleagues where necessary within departments or other departments.

Job Description

1. Design, implement, and maintain network security infrastructure including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, VPN, and access control systems.
2. Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect potential security breaches and take appropriate actions to mitigate threats.
3. Manage the day-to-day activities of threat and vulnerability management, identify risk tolerances, recommend treatment plans and communicate information about residual risk.
4. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and address any security vulnerabilities.
5. Investigate security incidents and coordinate with relevant teams to mitigate risks and prevent future incidents.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
