Job Description:

• As brand representative in Distributor area, responsible for achieving sales target assigned by Distributor and directing Distributor salesmen in doing standardized branding implementation.
• Responsible to communicate any Selling or Marketing program to Distributor other salesmen, and gather consolidated feedback from Distributor (if any) regarding any program or disputes that might be happening in the future.
• Become the leader for all Distributor salesmen in terms of Cessa effective selling tactics, and standardized Cessa 7 steps-of-calls SOP in the market.
• Monitor Cessa dedicated SPG in stores & SPG event (if any) activations.
• Become the initiator for BIG NEW Outlets or MT Channels opportunity in the area

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of company in Bandung Area. 
• Ensure the existence of the commercial transaction in field, as well as the accuracy of quantity and payment received. 
• Verify the accuracy of invoice information and other supporting documents required in a transaction. 
• Perform payment process and collection during commercial activities. 
• Perform data entry and reconciliations to ensure the proper and accurate records of financial transactions. 
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on payments and collection activities

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, Finance Administration, and/or Accounting. 
• Minimum 1 years of experience in finance or accounting related field. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile. 
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. 

• Ability to work independently and in a team. 
• Experienced in agriculture is preferable. 

• Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements
• Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
• Follow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billings
• Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis
• Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to hotel’s sales administration process
• Arrange site inspections for potential clients
• Promote positive relations with clients and attend to all requests expediently and courteously
• Acknowledge and handle clients’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Report incidents or other irregularities to management
• Up-sell and promote hotel’s facilities and services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue

Primary Responsibilities 

IT Operations

• Manage and support all the systems in the hotel

• Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting

• Coordinate, manage and oversee projects, document process

• Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network

• Manage system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services

• Liaise with vendors and work with users at all level 

• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses 

Team Management

• Interview, select and recruit direct reports 

• Identify and develop team members with potential

• Conduct performance review with the team

• Constantly monitor team members’ appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism

• Prepare detailed induction programs for new employees

• Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business

Other Responsibilities

• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
