• Design risk management policies and frameworks for company needs
• Monitor, execute and evaluate all risks that may and have occurred in every line of business of the company
• Perform internal control to prevent and reduce risk to the company
• Developing a risk management framework and infrastructure in line with the development of the company
• Act against the risks that occur in the company
• Create a risk assessment review that is reported to the Head of Division/Director and take the necessary actions
• Conduct regular internal audits
• Obliged to protect data and information related to customers, systems and everything related to the company
• Provide input and suggestions according to their respective fields, for the development and progress of the company

Tugas Pekerjaan:

• Menguasai bidang mekanikal, elektrikal, termasuk pemeliharaan, perbaikan, pencegahan serta troubleshooting dan keahlian teknis lainnya
• Berpengalaman sebagai Teknisi (listrik arus kuat dan arus lemah)
• Mengetahui dasar-dasar K3 (Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja)
• Mampu bekerjasama dengan pihak internal maupun external

• Memecahkan masalah kerusakan dan melakukan perbaikan
• Mengontrol penggunaan utilities yang ada

• Melakukan pencatatan harian terhadap peralatan Mechanical / Electrical
• Menangani instalasi, pemeliharaan dan perbaikan berkaitan dengan HVAC, equipment elektronik, equipment non-elektronik, kelistrikan, dan plumbing

• Memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang berorientasi kepada pasien sesuai dengan standar pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan

• Melaksanakan pemeriksaan rutin alat-alat non medis yang digunakan untuk menunjang kebutuhan operasional

• Membuat dan memelihara jadwal pemeliharaan preventif untuk medis dan utilitas gedung rumah sakit (plumbing, AC, kelistrikan dan sebagainya)

• Memasikan penyelesaian operasional melalui sistem pengaduan/permintaan perbaikan yang diterima

• Memastikan penagihan dan piutang diproses dengan benar dan tepat waktu.

• Mengatasi dan mengoreksi segala perbedaan dalam akun atau penagihan.

• Membuat jadwal penagihan kepada Kolektor setiap hari dengan benar

• Berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara klien dan divisi terkait untuk menegosiasikan rencana pembayaran yang dapat diterima.

• Menarik dan menganalisa data sales dari sistem POS/ordering secara berkala

• Menganalisa umur piuting yang merujuk akun yang sudah lewat jatuh tempo ke penagihan

• Menyediakan atau memfasilitasi laporan dan analisis yang akurat terhadap data dan metrik penagihan untuk disajikan kepada BOD.

• Evaluasi dan inovasi tata cara kerja tim.

• Memastikan invoicing, collecting, reconciliation mutasi bank, dan receive payment tepat dan efektif waktu.

• Melaksanakan tugas lain yang ditugaskan.

• Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan yang baik dengan dealer dan debitur
• Menyiapkan dokumen dan data yang diperlukan untuk melakukan survey
• Melakukan survey kelayakan kredit dan verifikasi legalitas dokumen persyaratan kredit calon debitur
• Melakukan analisa kelayakan kredit

Requirements :

- At least bachelors degree.

- Have 2-3 years experiences as Organization Development in Insurance or Banking Industry it’s a plus

- Have experiences in Job Evaluation and/or Workload Analysis.
