Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for overseeing the IFMS (Infrastructure, Facilities, Maintenance and Services) technical support team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance support services. This role involves managing maintenance support operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other departments to improve processes.

Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to senior management: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices; Monitor expenditures against the budget and implement cost-saving measures where possible; Prepare cost reports and forecasts related to procurement activities; Implement asset management processes to monitor the lifecycle and utilization of technical assets; Ensure that purchase orders are accurate and reflect agreed-upon terms and conditions; Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods and services; Prepare cost estimation (owner estimate) of all planned projects in detail items and scope of works; Controlling cost estimation against overall budget planned in periodical basis as in the BP (monthly, quarterly, semesterly, yearly); Monitoring actual spending budget against planning of each and all projects against allocation in detail specs, variances, deviations in weekly to monthly basis.

CCTV Monitoring:

• Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds covering the entire smelter and mining facility, including restricted areas, production zones, access points, and perimeters.
• Maintain a high level of vigilance to detect suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or breaches in safety and security protocols.
• Identify and report security risks such as fire hazards, equipment malfunctions, or emergency situations (e.g., accidents, intrusions, theft).
• Conduct real-time tracking of personnel, vehicles, and equipment movements within the facility.

Incident Response:

• Immediately report any security incidents or unusual activities to the security team or site management.
• Coordinate with emergency response teams in case of accidents, fires, or hazardous material incidents.
• Assist in gathering information for post-incident analysis and investigations by providing video footage and event logs.

System Maintenance and Reporting:

• Regularly check and ensure all CCTV cameras, monitors, and recording equipment are functional.
• Troubleshoot minor issues or report technical problems to the IT or maintenance department for prompt resolution.
• Keep accurate records of all surveillance activities, incidents, and system downtimes.
• Prepare daily reports summarizing activities and observations for the security team.

Access Control and Safety:

• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized personnel enter secure areas.
• Verify identification and ensure that proper protocols are followed when granting access to restricted zones.
• Identify and alert the team of any unsafe working conditions or violations of safety procedures.

Data Management:

• Ensure the secure storage and archiving of CCTV footage for future reference.
• Retrieve and provide specific video footage as requested by management or law enforcement agencies for investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all surveillance data is handled in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Some of your duties will include:

• To supervise stores and inventory management matching business requirement in compliance with standard operating procedures, quality protocols and statutory stipulations with focus on storage and issue bin items

• To supervise corresponding documentation and generation of reports for on time ordering.

• Carry out daily light vehicle, ambulance, rescue vehicle and fire truck inspections.
• Operate mobile equipment including fire truck and light vehicles.
• Responds to a wide variety of emergency alarms, structural and environmental fires, traffic accidents, technical rescue, medical emergencies and hazardous material spills.
• Fights fires under departmental procedures and as directed by a fire company officer; connects and lays hose lines, sets ladders and operates fire streams; uses hand and power tools to ventilate and enter burning structures for the purpose of extinguishing fires and to perform search and rescue operations; raises, lowers and climbs ladders to enter structures; performs salvage, clean up and overhaul operations during and after fires to remove hazards and protect property.
• Provides first responder medical emergency response at the basic life support level, including initial patient and situation assessment, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and trauma emergency medical care; prepares patients and assists paramedics in advanced life support emergency medical care.
• Participates in specialized rescue operations, including aerial and underground situations involving the use of rigging and shoring; operates specialized hand and power tools and equipment to rescue traffic accident victims.
• Cleans, services and makes minor repairs to ensure the operational readiness of vehicles, apparatus, hoses and emergency equipment; participates in the cleaning.

Some of your duties will include:

• To supervise the refractory maintenance team at site for installation, repair and replacement of refractory linings in the anode furnaces and equipment associated with the twin casting wheels. 

• To implement quality specifications, Standard Operating Procedures, statutory guidelines, health, safety and environment norms during refractory maintenance at site. 

• To improve productivity of the refractory maintenance team at site under jurisdiction and impart on job training.

Some of your duties will include:

• To supervise flawless operation of the plant process data historian system (PI System) for archiving and visualization of real-time data pertaining to all process plants and associated utilities. 

• To maintain appropriate standards and best practices in network architecture, firewall configuration, remote backup, disaster recovery, failover configuration and interface design for all components of the PI system and all of its various interfaces (corporate network, DCS network, standalone data sources, other). 

• To maintain the PI Server and other PI software components in an up-to-date state, including software licensing 

• To maintain PI point naming conventions and regularly audit the PI database for efficient use of license capacity; to configure new PI points as required. 

• To deploy new PI modules, features and systems as required, facilitate training programs for new PI users and assist others to develop tools and systems using PI data and analytics. 

• To supervise implementation of Standard Operating Processes, and relevant statutory, safety, health, environment norms. 

• To monitor performance and enable continuous training of the technical services team supporting the site operations.

Some of your duties will include:

• To supervise the technical aspects of operation and to give engineering level support to maintenance and operations with respect to the various Steam Systems across the smelter and at the Powerhouse area in particular, plus various Utilities Systems across the site. This will be done through in-depth analysis of machine performance, processes and output to influence condition monitoring and predictive maintenance as well as technical training to increase productivity and plant availability.

• To supervise flawless operation of the Plant Information (PI) System for plant-wide monitoring and analysis of digitized data pertaining to all process plants and associated utilities. 

• To supervise implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, and relevant statutory, safety, health and environment norms. 

• To monitor performance and enable continuous training of the technical team supporting Steam System and Utilities operation.

• To undertake the gold & silver reduction, gold and silver electro refinery, process at the Precious Metal Refinery (PMR) at Amman Mineral Industri towards the production of gold bars of stipulated purity range along with other quality specifications after subsequent processes.

• To achieve norms of productivity and learn continuously towards improvement of technical competencies and multiskilling.

Some of your duties will include:

• To supervise technical support to engineering and operations with respect to the Precious Metal Recovery Plant through in depth analysis of machine performance and processes and influence conditioning monitoring and predictive maintenance as well as technical training to increase productivity and plant availability. 

• To supervise inspection and analysis of product quality to check variance in specification and assistance in rectification towards minimising rejections. 

• To supervise implementation of Standard Operating Processes, and relevant statutory, safety, health, environment norms and enable continuous training of team.

Some of your duties will include:

• To maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical System like rotating equipment maintenance, overhead crane maintenance, fabrication, hydraulic and utility equipment maintenance work including associated infrastructure and equipment of the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia to maximize uptime of the plant and machinery.  

• Mechanical specialists must ensure the complete copper smelter equipment maintenance on day-to-day basis as per manager/Superintendent/supervisor given task, they may be worked by hand with the help of contract crew for emergency break-down of equipment. 

• They have to do some critical assembly like critical pumps, gear boxes, RAV, hydraulic cylinder, wheel assembly, high speed compressor/blower, alignment of any rotatory equipment, and critical equipment bearing fitment. 

• To monitor the deployment and productivity of the outsourced maintenance team under jurisdiction for mechanical maintenance in compliance with all statutory, health, safety, environment norms.

Some of your duties will include:

• To oversee technical support to mechanical engineering and operations functions at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia including the Smelters, Refinery, Sulphuric Acid Plant, Precious Metal Plant, Utilities, Raw Material Handling Plant and associated infrastructure and equipment by providing the equipment refurbishment , maintenance and equipment support to operation and maintenance team to  maximise uptime of the plant and machinery and improve sustainability.  

• To oversee inhouse repair and fabrication services at the workshop.

• To oversee mechanical maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery. 

• To oversee all statutory compliances and adherence to health, safety, environment norms with respect to the workshop and maintenance carried out within it. 

• To oversee planning, analysis and MIS with respect to mechanical engineering across operations and ensure asset optimisation.

Some of your duties will include:

• To conduct accurate and timely testing and analysis of input, output and in-process material at the PMR Laboratory at Amman Mineral Industri in Sumbawa Island in Indonesia for quality control, quality assurance and metal accounting with respect to production of gold bar, silver bar, selenium) and by-products Tellurium and Platinum & Palladium Group Metal (PGM).

• To achieve norms of productivity and learn continuously towards improvement of technical competencies and multiskilling.

Some of your duties will include:

• To conduct sampling and testing for the Central & RMH Laboratory at Amman Mineral Industri in Sumbawa Island in Indonesia for quality control of incoming copper concentrate, received from the Batu Hijau mines at RMH, in process materials and output of the Smelter, Electro Refinery Sulphuric Acid Plant.

• To record data accurate using digitisation
