Exceptional Family Engagement and Customer Service
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Spearhead the organization and execution of community outreach, events, workshops, and gatherings to strengthen the parent communities in Bali.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Facilitate a calendar of engaging activities that cater to the interests and educational goals of our families across our network.
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Lead parent events (e.g. Parent Information Evenings; Childrenās Night; Coffee Chats)
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Conduct parent meetings as needed, to discuss and resolve academic, social/developmental, or administrative issues
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure frequent, high-quality parent communication from teachers and other administrative staff, monitoring and providing feedback with regard to quantity, quality, tone, and style
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Maintain a presence and interact with parents during pick-up and drop-off times
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure that enrolled families feel connected to the school and are delighted with their experience
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Communicate the value of Guidepost to prospective families during one-on-one visits & tours
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Participate in scheduled outreach events (e.g. open houses; prospective parent information evenings, school fairs)
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Provide tour notes and relay prospective parent information to administrative staff for further follow-up and entry into the CRM
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Act as an ambassador for the school
Ensure Program Quality
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Oversee and ensure high program quality in partnership with the Program Team
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Collaborate with Montessori Mentors to ensure quality implementation of Montessori pedagogy, curriculum, and programs that meet Guidepostās standards
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Create a compelling and collaborative campus culture that emphasizes Guidepostās core values, and attracts, retains, and motivates a team of top-quality staff
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Supervise, mentor and develop staff, always with an eye toward leadership succession planning
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Hold regular group and one-on-one meetings with campus staff, as needed for culture building and program quality
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Give regular informal feedback to campus staff in order to keep them well-informed about their performance
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Conduct regular classroom observations and keep observation notes in order to effectively support Guides
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Plan professional development for staff as needed to meet program quality standards
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Deliver both oral and written performance reviews and salary reviews to all Guides in accordance with standard review schedule
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary to improve Guide performance
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Participate in cross-campus leadership training, meetings, and professional development events
Ā
Ensure Operational Excellence
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Supervise administrative staff in operational and business management duties, including but not limited to billing, re-enrollment, and event planning
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure school meets all regulatory requirements
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure all safety procedures are actively followed by parents and staff
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Oversee scheduling and resolve coverage issues in the case of absences, all with an eye toward controlling labor expense
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Deliver both oral and written performance reviews and salary reviews to administrative staff, according to normal review schedule
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary to guide staff performance
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Hold regular one-on-one and group meetings with campus administrative staff
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Participate in the interview and hiring process for new staff
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure the campus environment always looks clean, orderly, and welcoming
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Monitor facilities, and supervise repairs, improvements, and general maintenance
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Communicate achievements, progress, and milestones to the school community

Drive Campus Profitability
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Drive enrollment and student retention in all programs
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Effectively assess and mitigate risks that could impact the school
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Manage annual and monthly budgets by tracking of enrollment goals, as well as other key financial reporting items
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ensure campus is on-track to meet or exceed profitability targets
Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Participate in regular meetings with the regional management team
Qualifications
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā More than 3 years of substantive leadership and management experience with early childhood school leadership experience strongly preferred
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā School administration or other operations experience, with a developed ability to solve complex operational problems
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ability to establish and actively maintain a strong, positive campus culture, orienting team members around our educational vision and inspiring them to achieve it in practice
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Passion for early childhood education and Montessori method, with Montessori Certification (AMI/AMS/TPMI) desirable but not a mustĀ
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Experience managing a profit and loss statement
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills
āĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Strong attention to detail with a focus on results
