• Assist in managing Sentral Senayan Office Towers related to both internal (administration & operational) and external (tenancy) to ensure all building facilities are working and operating properly.
• Support Assistant Manager in handling digital services in Sentral Senayan such as visitor management system, half-height sensor barriers, building access cards, digital signage, Sentral Senayan portal, mobile application, and all technology related to building operational.

Tugas Utama

• Menerima daftar kunjungan harian (DKH) dan melaksanakannya sesuai dengan area yang ditugaskan kepadanya oleh Account Receivable (A/R) atau Collection Head.
• Melaksanakan penagihan/ penerimaan unit kendaraan atas nasabah yang memiliki keterlambatan pembayaran (overdue) sesuai tingkat penuaan/aging suatu pinjaman (bucket) dan areanya didukung oleh proses administrasi yang valid dan sesuai dengan kebijakan divisi Collection.
• Menyerahkan uang hasil penagihan kepada teller atau melalui aplikasi Adiraku dan penerimaan unit kendaraan kepada gudang (warehouse) dilengkapi dokumen pendukung.
• Memastikan unit yang diterima merupakan unit obyek pembiayaan perusahaan.
• Menjelaskan dan menawarkan kepada nasabah mengenai Kredit Lancar atas unit yang sudah diterima oleh Adira Finance.
• Melakukan survey dan analisa terhadap nasabah untuk menentukan apakah nasabah tersebut layak untuk program Kredit Lancar.
• Mengkomunikasikan pencapaian hasil kerja dan kendala yang dihadapi kepada Account Receivable (A/R) atau Collection Head All.
