• Keep strong relationships among all clients, not only with the HR PIC but with the Managerial level (President, GMs) to catch the latest business situation of them.
• Acquire Job vacancies from clients by executing strategy sales and marketing activities, then write Job description which are shared with candidates and for internal.
• Deeply understand the background of the client's business and the reason they need to hire employees from external.
• Consult and advise the client how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market tendency and information.
• Share the full information with Career Advisor team and contribute with them to provide the suitable quantity of candidate CVs with required quality.
• Not limited to only above, but also implement any kinds of enterprise sales/marketing activities to realize the purpose written in the top.
• Other duties as assigned.

1.    Melakukan proses pemasaran untuk penyaluran kredit melalui :

a.   Penetrasi pasar;

b.  Promosi;

c.   Sosialisasi;

d.  Literasi / Inklusi;

e.   Referensi;

f.    Cross Selling.

2.    Membuat database, hot prospect, pipeline.

3.    Membuat pelaporan :

a.   Membuat Daily Sales Activity Report;

b.  Mengadakan monitoring pasar untuk meningkatkan penguasaan pangsa pasar.

6.    Mengumpulkan data & dokumen kredit.

7.    Melakukan proses survey.

8.    Membuat proposal.

9.    Mengelola nasabah.

10. Memenuhi pencapaian target pencairan kredit dengan prinsip kehati-hatian.

11. Menjaga kualitas kredit yang telah disalurkan sepanjang tenor.

12. Wajib menjaga kualitas pembayaran angsuran 12 bulan pertama.

13. Menjaga hubungan baik dan melakukan monitoring terhadap debitur.

• Monitor  and co - ordinates on materials shortages, expediting and ensuring availability to support production plan
• Maintain and improve system, process and workflow to maximize accurate inventory records
• Check and ensure completeness and consistence of purchase orders, contracts and shipping list for the entire for the inventory process
• Track order and investigate problems
• Ensure the whole supply chain is in order so as to smoothen the operation
