Melakukan standarisasi, evaluasi, dan pengembangan course dan konten ajar yang akan memfasilitasi peserta didik dalam memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kompetensi secara efektif dan menarik.

• Main Job:

Melakukan standarisasi course dan konten ajar (reading materials, silabus, challenge dll ) yang sudah ada; Bekerjasama dengan SME (Subject Matter Experts) dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar; Menentukan kriteria yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja peserta didik dan mengembangkan instrumen penilaian assessment; Mengevaluasi dokumen pendukung (silabus, reading materials, challenge dll ) sesuai dengan coursenya; Menerapkaan teori, praktik, dan metode Instructional Design yang sudah teruji; Memelihara dokumentasi project ke direktori

Milestone course yang lengkap, komprehensif, dan sesuai dengan standar Binar Academy; Reading materials yang koheren dengan milestone, sesuai dengan standar Binar Academy; Challenge docs yang lengkap dan koheren dengan milestone, sesuai dengan standar Binar Academy; Proses kerja yang runut, efektif, dan efisien baik dari segi biaya, waktu, maupun SDM.

• Able to communicate clients’ needs to internal stakeholders
• Able to present company’s vision & mission and product offerings to clients
