The SNOC Engineer is responsible for 24x7 NMS, handling tickets from customers and internal stakeholders and all communications with Global Telecom client NOCs and Messaging Business Units, spanning the entire HAUD Solutions global footprint.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Respond to Customer’s requests and inquiries
• Real-time monitoring on the Network Monitoring System (NMS)
• Compilation of data on respective alarms prior escalating such alarms as per severities with the relevant teams
• Preliminary investigation, classification, and acknowledgement of NMS alarms as per SOP
• Initial alarms trouble shooting (logs, traces, CDRs), alarm verifications, impact analysis and next actions

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Melakukan Transaksi Penjualan:

• Mengoperasikan mesin kasir dan perangkat lunak penjualan.
• Memproses pembayaran dengan uang tunai, kartu kredit/debit, dan metode pembayaran lainnya.
• Menghitung dan memberikan kembalian dengan akurat.

Pelayanan Pelanggan:

• Menyapa pelanggan dengan ramah dan sopan.
• Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan mengenai produk atau promosi.
• Membantu pelanggan jika terjadi masalah dengan pembayaran atau produk.

Pengelolaan Uang:

• Menghitung uang tunai di laci kasir pada awal dan akhir shift.
• Menyimpan uang hasil penjualan dengan aman sesuai dengan prosedur perusahaan.
• Melaporkan perbedaan kas jika ada.

Administrasi dan Pelaporan:

• Mencatat transaksi penjualan dengan tepat dan akurat.
• Menyusun laporan penjualan harian.
• Mengirimkan laporan dan uang hasil penjualan kepada manajemen atau departemen keuangan.

Kebersihan dan Kerapihan:

• Menjaga area kasir tetap bersih dan terorganisir.
• Mengatur produk di dekat kasir agar menarik bagi pelanggan.

Kepatuhan terhadap Prosedur:

• Mengikuti semua kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan, termasuk prosedur keselamatan dan keamanan.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar pelayanan pelanggan.

• Mencari dan menentukan vendor yang berkualitas untuk pengadaan barang – barang & jasa untuk kebutuhan rutin & non rutin sehingga dapat mendukung penyediaan barang dan jasa yang diminta oleh dept terkait
• Membuat dan mencetak PO (Purchase Order) dan mengirimkannya kepada pihak vendor, agar proses pembelian dapat berjalan dengam baik sesuai jadwal dan spesifikasi yang diinginkan
• Melakukan folllow up terhadap kedatangan barang, agar barang datang tepat waktu dan sesuai jadwal
• Membuat laporan untuk pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk menjadi bahan informasi bagi atasan dan untuk dalam pengambilan keputusan

• Membuat jadwal pembangunan untuk memastikan proyek pembangunan selesai menurut batasan biaya dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan
• Memastikan kesesuaian kegiatan pembangunan proyek dengan seluruh ketentuan perijinan yang berlaku
• Melakukan kunjungan ke lapangan untuk memeriksa kesesuaian hasil pembangunan untuk mememastikan bahwa sesuai prosedur
• Memberikan masukan / usulan kepada Konsultan / kontraktor untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal dari segi sipil / struktur
• Membuat evaluasi atas Surat Penawaran Harga dari Kontraktor/ Supplier (SPH), Mendapatkan evaluasi SPH dari Konsultan, Membuat laporan SPH, Membuat Surat Perjanjian Kerja (SPK) guna mendapatkan persetujuan dari pihak yang berwenang mengesahkan dokumen sesuai dengan Responsibility Authority and Delegation (RAD)
• Memastikan dan Mengkoordinasikan proses mendapatkan penawaran Kontraktor/ Supplier (tender) mulai dari penyiapan dokumen, penyerahan, penjelasan 

Melaksanakan seluruh program kegiatan pekerjaan pemeliharaan dan perawatan unit mesin-mesin utama serta mesin pendukung pengolahan CPO dan PK yang telah diterapkan serta melakukan pengawasan atau mengendalikan waktu dan biaya seluruh aspek pelaksanaan perawatan dan perbaikan unit mesin pengolahan dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek teknis (keandalan dan life time). Serta mengawasi pengoperasian seluruh mesin pengolahan dengan tetap memperhatikan perlakuan yang baik dan benar agar diperoleh efisiensi mesin yang optimal sesuai dengan standar perlakukan yang telah ditentukan

• Macam-macam model tender dan penentuan jenis tender yang sesuai dengan proyek
• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Final Account (FA) yang diterima dengan lengkap & benar
• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Tagihan Pekerjaan Tambah Kurang (VO)
• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Tagihan Progres Pekerjaan yang diterima dengan lengkap & benar sampai dengan Berita Acara Pembayaran (BAP) diterima
• Memeriksa, Mengkoreksi dan Memastikan Dokumen Kontrak sesuai dengan hasil negosiasi

• Memiliki pengetahuan Memahami gambar, dokumen, dan material arsitektur proyek
• Melakukan pemeriksaan materi design (gambar, metode kerja / RKS, spesifikasi), 
• Melakukan pemeriksaan evaluasi hasil pekerjaan kontraktor di lapangan dari segi desain (arsitektur, interior, landscape, grafis, lighting, lalu lintas)
• Melakukan pemeriksaan alternatif material yang diajukan kontraktor

• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Final Account (FA) yang diterima dengan lengkap & benar sampai dengan persetujuan Holding sudah ditandatangani lengkap sesuai dengan RAD dan target waktu yang ditentukan
• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Tagihan Pekerjaan Tambah Kurang (VO) yang diterima dengan lengkap & benar sampai dengan persetujuan Holding sudah ditandatangani lengkap sesuai dengan RAD dan target waktu yang ditentukan
• Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Memproses Tagihan Progres Pekerjaan yang diterima dengan lengkap & benar sampai dengan Berita Acara Pembayaran (BAP) diterima oleh Kontraktor/Supplier dengan sudah ditandatangani lengkap sesuai dengan RAD dan target waktu yang ditentukan
• Memeriksa, Mengkoreksi dan Memastikan Dokumen Kontrak sesuai dengan hasil negosiasi

• Memahami produk & layanan FIT HUB dengan baik
• Memastikan tercapainya target sales bulanan yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan, baik dari membership untuk mendapatkan New Join Member (NJM) dan PT POS (Point of Sales)
• Memahami & mematuhi prosedur administrasi 
• Menjaga profesionalitas & relasi dengan member ataupun calon member
• Menggunakan materi pemasaran & dukungan yang disediakan sebagai metode penjualan secara proaktif & konstruktif

• Menguasai bidang QS, administration skill, filing, Management high rise building, material knowledge, drawing understanding
• Memimpin dan mengelola sumber daya Quantity Surveying dalam menyiapkan proses tender sampai penunjukan kontraktor,
• memeriksa perhitungan nilai tagihan, perhitungan nilai VO dan proses administrasi pembayaran tagihan kepada kontraktor dan konsultan dengan merujuk kepada dokumen kontrak (sifat, nilai, batasan kontrak, dan BQ) dan SOP terkait agar supaya pengerjaan proyek sesuai atau tidak melampaui target anggaran yang telah ditetapkan

• Memahami gambar, dokumen, dan material arsitektur proyek
• Melakukan F21 evaluasi hasil pekerjaan kontraktor di lapangan dari segi desain (arsitektur, interior, landscape, grafis, lighting, lalu lintas)
