Overview & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Performs duties such as management of tooling, inspections and inputting data into the database. Other duties may include sandblasting, limited lighting and grounds maintenance, general housekeeping, painting, crafting of
equipment and material, and other duties as assigned. Requires limited supervision at most times.
The below reflects general details considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job identified, and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all of the work requirements that may be inherit in the job.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPETENCIES

• Working Procedures:
• Promotes safety and quality at all times.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to work from written and verbal instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Conducts his or her self in a professional manner at all times.
• Maintains logs and record documents as required.
• Maintains inspection reports.
• Maintains tooling and inventory procedures.
• Uses appropriate equipment, tooling, drawings, work scopes, procedures, specifications and documentation to perform the primary functions of the job.
• Ability to accurately measure and record all dimensional inspections needed.
• Advance knowledge of lifting, rigging, crane and forklift operations and ability to obtain certification as needed.
• Able to help train other employees on processes and procedures.
• Actively increasing mechanical aptitude to assist other work disciplines.
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Accepts ownership over work performance and works to improve skillset.

• Melakukan prosedur penagihan dengan mengunjungi alamat para debitur untuk mengumpulkan pembayaran yang masih tertunggak.
• Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai kinerja kualitas target piutang (AR).
• Melakukan negosiasi dengan debitur yang terlambat membayar, menawarkan solusi yang layak untuk mendorong pembayaran dengan segera.
• Menyiapkan laporan analisis berdasarkan hasil kunjungan ke debitur.

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma / SMK / SMA.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam posisi serupa.
• Memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat dalam Collection and Recovery di industri keuangan.
• Memiliki tingkat integritas dan perilaku etis yang tinggi.
• Keterampilan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang sangat baik.
• Mengetahui daerah setempat dan memiliki jaringan yang kuat.
