Executive Pastry Chef

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for the production of all pastries, desserts, breads and other baked products. This position gives operational support to the Executive Chef / Director of Culinary in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the property. In addition to overseeing dessert preparation, the pastry chef may handle tasks such as supervising employees, ordering supplies, creating budgets and adhering to sanitation regulations.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain and enhance the pastry & bakery products through creative menu development and presentation. 
• Liaise daily with the Outlet Managers to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback.
• Makes sure our products are consistent at all the time
• Leads the pastry team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
• Creates decorative food displays.

Reservation Agent

As a five-star Hotel Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience by handling reservations, inquiries, and requests with the highest level of professionalism and customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:

• Reservation Management: Receive and process hotel reservations via phone, email, or online platforms. Ensure accuracy in guest information, stay details, and special requests. Utilize the hotel's reservation system to manage bookings efficiently.

• Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance to guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly. Offer information about hotel services, amenities, and policies to enhance the guest experience. Handle guest feedback and communicate effectively with other hotel departments to address guest needs.

• Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services, upgrades, and amenities to maximize revenue. Recognize opportunities to upsell and contribute to achieving sales targets.

• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments. Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.

• Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows. Generate reports as needed for management and other departments. Stay informed about current promotions, packages, and discounts.

• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction.Collaborate with other staff members to find solutions to challenges that may arise.

Front Desk Agent (Reception Agent)

First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Japanese-speaking ability is a plus point!

Food & Beverage Sales Executive

Are you passionate in food & beverage and have a strong sales skill? This role would be the perfect fit for you. The Food & Beverage Sales Executive provides revenue contribution and administrative support to the overall department. With seven restaurants, bars and lounge available, the person needs to be comfortable with fast pace environment, busy sales and reservations, have strong interpersonal skills to handle sales and reservation duties.

What you will be doing:

• Proactively looking for business through telemarketing and sales calls.
• Act as a main resource for FB reservation agents needing assistance technically or with regards to achieving customer satisfaction.
• Responds to all guest reservation request and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.
• Fully knowledgeable about F&B Outlets, rates, promotions, programs, hotel facilities and services
• Understand and enforce hotel and company credit policies and ensure proper billing instructions, routing instructions and payment methods are applied to the reservations.
• Monitor all Tentative / Provisional / Waitlisted bookings entered on the system and follow up done for deposits / guarantee.
• Handling site visit from the guest.
• Draft and types correspondence, booking contracts, quotations, letter of confirmation, thank you letter for the guest.
