The Role

You will be at the front seat in delivering the best service and experience to our customers through retail.  Responsible for end-to-end operational and customer excellence, people development, assortment, and financial profitability for a cluster of stores. Main Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Together with the Assistant Retail Manager building a strong and high performing retail store team to achieve the desirable and targeted KPI and store metrics target, improve store and team productivity, and to ensure the profitability of all stores.
• Strategize manpower resource planning and management for all stores (including but not limited to oversee shift schedules, retail staff budgeting, monitor the performance of team productivity and efficiency, socialise employment SOPs, and implement disciplinary metrics) to achieve optimal staffing levels and build a high performing retail store team.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, designed, and develop various forms of visual content, including social media graphics, packaging designs, website layouts, and promotional materials.
• Creating high-quality graphics under the guidance & ensure graphics are unique and align with the values & mission of the company.
• Completing projects within given timelines (1-2 weeks) & keep founders updated on project progress.
• Collaborate with founders to develop creative solutions and meet project timelines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.
• Ensure all designs are consistent across all media channels and represent the brand's values and messaging.
• Apply feedback accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• A creative thinker with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Relevant industry background would be a plus

Assistant Learning and Development Manager is to ensure that all members of the team are aware of the company mission, live the values and are consistent in their behavior to enable excellence in serving and anticipating guest needs. 

Primary Responsibilities  

Custodian of the Company Culture 

• Ensure that the guest is at the center of every single strategic initiative, project or process; 

• Share the vision and strategy of AccorHotels, the brand and the hotel, giving everyone the opportunity to contribute, collaborate and innovate; 

• Provide feedback from the guest on the teams’ performance to the team; 

• Ensure that all team members feel trusted and valued for their accountability and risk taken. 

Employer Branding 

• Establish relationships with local schools and universities; 

• Engage in social media to promote the hotel as best place to work; 

Recruitment and Selection 

• Deliver training on behavioural interviewing and selection to the heads of department and those responsible for recruitment; 

• Identify high potentials through vertical and laterally movements within existing talent by providing recommendations for departmental transfer in accordance to their skill set; 

• Assist in monitoring present and future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation and make appropriate recommendations. 

Induction and Onboarding

• Establish onboarding procedures which ensure new talent feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new talent arrival; 

• Co-ordinate and conduct orientation programs and three month training plans; 

• Appoint a support person within the operational team for each and every new talent; 

• Seek feedback from new talent in their first month of employment;
