Main Responsibilities for Retail Ambassador

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.

• Memberikan informasi dan laporan langsung kepada pengawas tentang kerusakan yang tidak dapat ditangani segera
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait saat menangani pemeriksaan/kerusakan mesin
• Memastikan proses pemeliharaan berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur operasional standar (SOP)
• Melaporkan masalah apapun dalam proses pemeliharaan kepada pengawas
• Memastikan lingkungan kerja selalu bersih
• Menerapkan prosedur kesehatan, keselamatan, dan lingkungan dalam unit kerja
• Bekerja dengan aman sesuai dengan prosedur kerja
• Mengambil tindakan korektif ketika menemukan kondisi tidak aman atau tindakan tidak aman dan melaporkannya kepada atasan

• Melakukan Preventive, Predictive, dan Corrective peralatan Instrument dan Automation di Finishing Area
• Mampu melakukan modifikasi program PLC
• Melakukan Trouble shooting peralatan Instrumentasi seperti Pneumatic, Hydraulic dan Electronical devices.

Mengatur, mengoperasikan, memelihara dan memperbaiki mesin beserta kelengkapannya agar selalu dalam keadaan baik, layak pakai dan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.

1. Bertanggung jawab mengatur dan mengoperasikan mesin sesuai dengan permintaan dan kebutuhan perusahaan
2. Bertanggung jawab memeriksa keadaan mesin beserta kelengkapannya
3. Bertanggung jawab melakukan trouble shooting jika terjadi kerusakan pada mesin produksi
4. Bertanggung jawab dalam mengevaluasi pemakaian mesin dan peralatan kerja
5. Bertanggung jawab memonitoring parameter mesin dan kelengkapannya guna mencegah gangguan yang akan timbul/ kerusakan yang lebih fatal.
6. Bertanggung jawab membantu secara teknis dalam proses produksi
7. Bertanggung jawab membuat laporan pekerjaan (Kegiatan pengaturan, perawatan, perbaikan dan keadaan mesin beserta kelengkapannya) kepada atasan.

1. Mencari potensi nasabah baru untuk diajak bergabung mengikuti program di Amartha (bagian lapangan sales dan penagihan) 

2. Melakukan pendampingan ekonomi rumah tangga terhadap anggota layanan, dan memberikan pelayanan pembiayaan kredit usaha pelaku UMKM pedesaan setempat 

3. Melakukan survei dan analisis kelayakan aplikasi pembiayaan dengan mengacu pada sistem & prosedur persyaratan dan kebijakan pembiayaan 

4. Memberikan rekomendasi kepada komite pembiayaan

 5. Mendampingi pertemuan mingguan anggota dan transaksi layanan
