About the role 

We are seeking an experienced Product designer with a strong focus on UI/UX design and design thinking skills to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer you will be working with the direct to consumer team and play a crucial role in providing our customer the best possible user experience in purchasing insurance.

Job Responsibilities 

• Understand product requirements and explore different design solutions by applying the user-centered design process;
• Lead user research to uncover opportunities and validate designs through usability tests;

As a Fraud IT Operation Support, you will be responsible as a first level risk assessment for monitoring, analyzing, and investigating possible fraud incidents on digital platforms.
