The Marketing Communication Manager supports the marketing and communications strategies for Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera, helping enhance the hotel's brand image, reach target audiences, and increase bookings and guest engagement. This role works closely with the Marketing Communication Manager to implement campaigns, manage digital channels, oversee content creation, and build relationships with media, influencers, and other relevant partners. Key focus areas include social media, content marketing, email campaigns, public relations, and guest communication.

PR : Influencer & Community Pillar

Outreach & Strategy :

• Research and brainstorm on new potential influencer names that fits to Love, Bonito Indonesia’s brand image, collection styles and campaign objective 
• Plan weekly influencer line-up based on historical traffic target (under guidance of manager)
• Help to do KOL outreach (existing and new), negotiate rate (based on historical guide) and posting date based on SOW (statement of work) 
• In doing communication and KOL outreach, intern should maintain good relationship with existing and new KOL by displaying prompt and accommodative communication

Administrative :

• Input and monitor KOL seeding request to Operations team to be completed in timely manner before KOL posting date 
• Generate and share customised UTM/ track links to KOL 
• Share content brief to KOL 
• Update KOL names (posting date & rate) and clothing selections on tracker 
• Daily monitoring of KOL posting & report KOL posting performance to manager (timeline of posting, check on content quality, check UTM links) 

Ad Hoc :

• Assist & stand by for offline events and photoshoot 
• Request and be the PIC responsible for clothing lending for influencers/ muses/ internal team 
• Assist to contact external vendors (for PR/ social-related vendors) 
• Give fresh and innovative ideas based on current trends to support offline event planning & ideation 
• I.e: event activity, venue, F&B vendors, etc 

Social Media Pillar : Instagram

• Help to do instagram posting both graphic content & influencer repost in timely manner

• Sampling management: ensure the right mix of samples to help achieve business objective. Work closely with sales team to ensure the right guideline for sampling is disseminated and followed closely by BCs

7. Pricing

• Review and analyze central’s recommendation of prices for new products. Ensure the pricing is competitive and in line with regional parity & local competitiveness. Review annual price increase with central team to ensure our prices stay competitive in the market.

CRM

1. Planning & Execution of CRM initiatives including Rollout of new communication platforms in Indonesia, Client EDM management and client events & reward programs.

• Manage enterprise wide risk management programs.

3. Manage room inventory and pricing strategies in coordination with the revenue management team to optimize occupancy rates and revenue.

5. Handle guest complaints and feedback, taking immediate corrective action when necessary to resolve conflicts and prevent recurrence.
6. Prepare and manage the budget for the rooms division, including forecasting and controlling expenses to meet financial objectives.
7. Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of rooms division staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
8. Liaise with the sales and marketing department to support promotional activities and accommodation packages that enhance guest experience and hotel revenue

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate training needs development and business strategy by creating a Training Need Analysis (TNA).
• Design, both internally and with external vendor training, solutions to meet training needs. This can be in the form of coaching, classroom training, 1 on 1 session, on the job training and e-learning.
• Reviewing the training that has been carried out and making improvements to TNA next (PDCA).
• Ensure that the training budget is used effectively and training expenditures do not exceed the specified budget.
• Provide support and direction to leaders regarding matters related to Learning and Development.
• Prepare and coordinate the preparation of career planning and succession plans together with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Sales Director (SD) and Sr. Marketing Manager.
• Provide recommendations to RSM, SD and Sr. Marketing Manager in progress career development such as promotion, transfer, demotion and training programs regarding the PDR results.
• Collaborate with Industrial and Employee Relations Officers in developing programs that can foster and increase a sense of togetherness and strengthen teamwork.
• Helping RSM, SD and Sr. Marketing Manager in following up on the action plan which was made based on the results of the YVC survey.
