About the role,

the Head of engineering has both a strategic and a technical role inside the company. The strategic aspect includes setting goals for the team, hiring engineers, and prioritizing projects. The technical aspect is about getting actively involved in developing new products, identifying requirements, and setting timelines.

Before they can get this position, the head of engineering should have extensive experience as an engineer, they should have managed complex tech projects and know how to build products and features from scratch.

• Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projects

The Security Engineer plays a crucial role in Amartha. You will be the warrior who will spearhead various Information Security programs to protect Amartha from internal and external threats.

Job Desc/What will you do

• Identify current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats through various security assessment activities (including but not limited to: . penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, etc)
• Recognize complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
• Perform proactive investigation to analyze security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies
• Perform Threat intelligence activities
• Work closely with internal and external teams to implement security solutions
• Acquire and implement new technological solutions to enhance organizational security posture
• Identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions
• Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures
• Manage bug bounty program
• Enhance the effectiveness of security related processes through automation and orchestration

Requirements

• 5+ years of related job experience
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to express technical information clearly at different organizational levels
• Having relevant certification are preferable (e.g.  CEH,OSCP, eCPPT, Ejpt etc)
• Advance knowledge in  API Security, Mobile/Application Security, Cloud Security
• Advance knowledge in security adversarial techniques, tactics, and procedures
• Experienced in conducting Static Application Security Test (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Test (DAST)
• Experienced in scripting using Python, Bash, Go
• Highly skilled with strong hands-on experience with various security assessment tools such as Metasploit, BurpSuite, ZAP, OWASP tools, Hydra, Netsparker, Wireshark, Apktool, nikto, Cloudbrute , Kali Linux tools, Frida, MobSF, or comparable technologies
• Familiar with Cloud Platform such as GCP, AWS 
• Tools familiarity : Python, Bash, TerraFrom, Ansible, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Terraform, Git, BurpSuite, Hydra, Nessus, NMap, Metasploit, Frida, MobSF

Tanggung Jawab Kerja:

Job Desk Back Up Operasional: 

1. Melakukan survey, validasi dan pencairan nasabah di cabang

2. Melakukan aktivitas closing harian di cabang 

3. Melakukan aktivitas administrasi cabang yang ditugaskan sebagai Branch Manager (BM) 

4. Melakukan kunjungan dan monitoring tim cabang

5. Memastikan target disbursement tercapai. 

Dalam melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya task force diberi kewenangan untuk melakukan inisiatif dan dapat mengajukan: 

1. Mapping majelis (kumpulan nasabah) dan business partner (sales lapangan)

2. Pemenuhan business partner (sales lapangan), dan 

3. Inisiatif lainnya yang dapat mensupport pencapaian target. 

Job Desk Recovery Process: 

1. Melakukan portfolio management dengan melakukan identifikasi permasalahan dan action strategy penanganan.

2. Melakukan analisis permasalahan di cabang 

3. Memberikan feedback ke atasan untuk melakukan action perbaikan 

4. Memberikan arahan yang bertujuan untuk tercapainya target recovery (flow rate, perbaikan PAR/NPL) 

• Berpengalaman dalam bidang Grameen minimal 2 tahun
• Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam bidang collection/penagihan serta penanganan nasabah bermasalah
• Memahami & implementasi bisnis proses berdasarkan konsep Grameen model
• Bersedia traveling dan ditempatkan di Area Sumatera Utara
