We are seeking a Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automated systems, electro-mechanical controls, and excellent troubleshooting skills. The Duty Engineer ensures the seamless operation and maintenance of all residences facilities and systems. This role involves overseeing daily technical operations, addressing and resolving maintenance issues promptly, and ensuring that all equipment and infrastructure meet the high standards of the brand. The Duty Engineer also collaborates with various departments to anticipate and resolve potential problems, conduct routine inspections, and manage emergency repairs. Their goal is to provide a consistently exceptional guest experience by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment, all while adhering to the rigorous quality standards set by the residences. 

The Chief Engineer oversees and manages all aspects of engineering and maintenance operations within the Residences. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning and upkeep of the Residences' physical infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other essential equipment. They collaborate closely with various departments to address any maintenance issues promptly and implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions. Additionally, the Chief Engineer plays a pivotal role in implementing sustainable and energy-efficient practices, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating major renovation or construction projects to maintain the residences' reputation for providing a superior residents experience.

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. A large percentage of the customers you engage with will be Enterprise customers from a Dynatrace spend perspective as well as some customers that are part of the Enterprise Success & Support program and have a mix of other dynatrace services involved. You will be a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of all Dynatrace products. As part of the account team, you will work closely with the entire account team to define the strategic roadmap for your customers, to allow retention, renewal, and expansion of their Dynatrace relationship, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the Dynatrace Support and Product Management teams.  

Responsibilities and Duties

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

This position is to organize and manage the Engineering team, perform administrative tasks and coordinate with the other departments. Monitor budget and control expenses within all areas of the department; as well participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial.

We are looking for candidates who possess a robust understanding of RACF, rather than those primarily knowledgeable in MF application development. Our ideal candidate should demonstrate deep expertise in RACF and its related functionalities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and drive z/OS Unix (Mainframe Access Management operations and audits).

Lead the completion of z/OS initiatives such as MFA and straight through processing for IDM processing requests.

Automate manual processes through scripting or via zSecure.

Possess strong knowledge of designing and reviewing RACF access groupings.

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent. A major in IT security or related areas would be an added advantage.

Experienced in managing Mainframe security projects, operations and implementation

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mainframe Security (RACF) administration/operations provided by z/OS UNIX system services (USS), CICS, DB2, and WebSphere MQ with hands-on regulatory compliance knowledge.

Solid experience in mainframe security, RACF access controls, IBM zSecure, MFA

Good to have strong experience with using zSecure Admin and zSecure Audit modules.

Good working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and processes.

Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred

4. Proactive Maintenance & Performance Optimization:

• Lead predictive maintenance programs by analysing data to anticipate and prevent equipment failures before they occur.
• Work closely with customers to develop and execute proactive service plans, ensuring systems and equipment are continually optimised for peak performance.
• Conduct site surveys and audits to assess equipment conditions, making recommendations for upgrades, repairs, or improvements that enhance system longevity and customer ROI.

5. Remote Support & Digital Tools Integration:

• Use remote monitoring tools, Omnichannel app. and AI-based generated video to diagnostics and provide real-time assistance to team and/or customers, reducing the need for on-site visits.
• Ensure that the service data captured is used to create actionable insights for both field service operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the integration of digital tools into daily operations, ensuring that engineers are using platforms like digital tools, ticketing systems, mobile apps, omnichannel, and diagnostic tools effectively.

6. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor for technical solutions and system optimization.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with service delivery by managing expectations and communicating progress throughout installations, repairs, or service events.
• Provide technical recommendations for equipment upgrades, system expansions, or new developed technologies that can help customers meet their business goals.

7. Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery processes, ensuring maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
