Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.

The Freelance Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals for company.

About the Role

The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth across various online channels

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals and objective.

We are seeking a highly motivated Chinese Sales Manager (Native) to join our team at AYANA Hospitality. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Chinese market, as well as maintaining and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Chinese market
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing customer needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and providing excellent customer service
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities

• Native Chinese speaker, fluent in Mandarin and English
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant (Brand Pixie)

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Female, minimum 18 years old (students are welcome!)
• Good working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred (expected to have foreign tourists in our store!).
• Able to represent Love, Bonito’s unique proposition.
• Able to get things done effectively and professionally.
• Trustworthy and take a great responsibility in fulfilling all the tasks given.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams.
• Able for work duration of 6 months, with minimum 30 & maximum 40 hours per week.
• Have to work at least 1 day on weekend.
