Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
• Min 5 years’ experience as Sales for Liquid and Powder especially in dairy, food, beverage. 
• Min 3 years’ experience in preparing project proposals.
• Strong knowledge on processing equipment
• Sales-driven - have a passion to achieve sales target.
• Able to read and prepare design basis P&ID
• People-oriented - have a passion to meet and visit people/customers, good interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial knowledge will be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Youtap Limited is a leading provider of innovative banking and finance software solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team in Indonesia. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales of our banking and finance software solutions in the Indonesian market.

In this role, you will be targeting banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers, presenting our cloud software and application solutions, and closing high-value deals. You will leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the banking and finance sector.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to prospective clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the banking and finance software industry
• Understanding of Cloud deployed Platforms
• Strong understanding of Financial Service Software Applications
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
• In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian banking and finance sector

• Preparing overall sales plan to achieve sales target.

1. Manage sales leads in term of customer solution architecture and business calculation (SRF, JL, IoM, TRF and survey)
2. Manage improvement for some of key area where can improved opportunity sales lead reference to customer needs such as network improvement suggested, open for new coverage area or data center, equipment technology refer to market trend and optimizing cost deployment
3. Manage customer needs and scope replicate to internal order process (technical proposal and technical tender compliance)
4. Manage improvement analysis and assessment of our existing infrastructure and technology to support more gathering sales lead (reference data base on Trouble ticket, revenue base, and sales target area)
5. Manage justification request for any customer leads refer to our existing infrastructure and technology including EoS of required  
6. Manage technical budget enterprise sales directorate reflected to sales target
7. Support compliance legality of customer order (PKS or term sheet)

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or other related major

• Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned Sales through strategic engagement of customers
• Sell products to assigned customer Sales, managing a larger number of lower revenue customers depending on the market and brand
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through demonstrating a detailed understanding of customer business strategy and needs
• Delivery of assigned Sales campaigns, against Sales, products and revenue targets
• Development of brand and industry specific knowledge, including competitor events, to enhance and improve new business sales performance
• Own the on-site re-booking of existing customer Sales, in line with event Sales allocation and sales targets
• Develop sales plans and approaches to grow existing customer Sales, through cross and up selling as well as the sale of integrated packages, sponsorship and advertising
• Develop and maintain industry and brand knowledge as required
• Adoption of sales pipeline process through use of Salesforce (CRM system)
• Maintain accurate and timely customer information and notes within Salesforce (CRM system)
• Manage the capture and entry of Sales contract information into CRM/ invoicing system
• Manage the handing over of Sale information and customer requirements (via Salesforce) to the Event Operations and Brand teams
• Support Finance in resolving bad debt customers as a final escalation point

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

• Has experience as Sales Representative for more than 3 years
• Experienced in Sales in F&B Business and Market
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
