Job Description

The Director of Revenue is responsible for working with the Revenue Management team in determining strategic goals and tactical efforts, which drive revenue to the hotel. The Director of Revenue is then responsible for ensuring that inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the overall revenue goals of the hotel. This role serves as the objective decision maker that ensures the best interest of profitability is served in the overall hotel as well as ensuring the integrity of rates and long-term customer investment.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maximizes hotel RevPAR through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein.

Leads strategic planning and collaborates with all hotel profit generation teams to actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit for Rooms, F&B, Spas, and other revenue streams.

Provides relevant information and recommendations to the Director of Sales and General Manager in the decision-making process of promotion participation, offline contracts and pricing thereof

Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance

Leverages Revenue Management analytics, technologies, processes, tools, and training programs to optimize hotel profits.

Utilize data-driven insights to forecast revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) to meet or exceed budgeted goals.

Produce all relevant components of the Budget pertaining to Revenue Management

Understanding the 360-degree process in forecasting the revenue-based strategies

Responsible for completion of all rooms and revenue forecasting, budgeting and planning to accurately project unconstrained demand and hotel performance in collaboration with the DOSM, Director of Finance, Hotel Manager and the Regional team

• Follow-up with parents to enroll to Sampoerna Academy (call, assist and present)
• Make sure all documents needed are submitted
• Assist for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
• Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
• Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
• Maintain a database of new leads of students.

• Conduct daily briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members

• Supervise the maintenance and of repair the interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents 

• Ensure the execution and achievement of the hotel's preventive maintenance program 

• Establish and maintain procedures with regards to the security and replenishment of the hotel’s inventory and assets, such as (not limited to) tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, televisions etc. 

• May be responsible for determining the security requirements necessary to ensure that hotel property, employees, guests and patrons are protected against theft, crime, and other hazards, and/or manage the relationship with a third party security firm contracted for such purposes

Position Description

LINC is seeking a Finance and Administration Director for the anticipated USAID-funded MECLA Activity in Indonesia. The Finance and Administration Director will oversee the administrative, operational, and financial management aspects of the project, to ensure that operations are efficient and effective, and that staff are safe and supported throughout their work.
