• 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating design objectives and specifications into visual design that aligned with the company's brand guideline. We’re looking for someone who has experience in graphic design such as: social media content design, print design, illustration, and animation. Who has good creativity and keen eyes into the latest design trend.

• Create all visual designs for marketing purposes, including (but not limited to) blog illustration, social media posts, newsletters, event & marketing collateral, deck, and video animation.
• Documenting the visual assets into a single source of truth for everyone in the internal company.
• Collaborate well with product, commercial and other teams to deliver the best visual design experience.
• Ensure the quality of output and improve the quality over time

Design compelling visuals for CRM channels including emails, in-app notifications, SMS, and more.

Collaborate with the copywriting and marketing teams to ensure all designs align with the brand's voice and tone, and enhance the messaging.

Use data-driven insights to optimize designs and improve the performance of CRM campaigns.

Stay current with design trends and consumer preferences in the Indonesian market to ensure our designs remain fresh and engaging.
