• Perform regular scheduled testing using handphone and computer
• Collect data for analysis and reports
• Create reports using Word and Excel
• Liaise internally with the commercial and technical departments regarding client and system data
• Monitoring and analysis of messaging traffic and rule implementation
• Proactively provide feedback and findings from analyzing data
• To perform shift work duties on a 24x7 basis from Monday to Sunday including public holidays

• Proficiency in spoken and written English (this is an English speaking position)
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS applications, particularly MS Excel
• Previous experience in business operations/customer service or support role will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of the telecommunication industry will also be considered an asset
• Able to perform shift work duties 24x7 Monday to Sunday and public holidays and field work whenever necessary
• Key characteristics: multitasking, resourcefulness, self-motivated, ability to learn new things
