• Responsible and accountable, under the direction of the Engineering Manager / Director of Engineering for the efficient overall day to day operation of the hotel whilst on duty. They are to maintain the highest standard of guest service and satisfaction. The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for emergency the team spirit and motivation all staff. They must also be fair and just in any staff disciplinary action required. The Engineering Supervisor is also expected to be a “hands on” supervisor. By this, we expect that they be prepared to lend “hands on” assistance if a hotel area becomes very busy. It must be emphasizes that this “hands on” assistance must be approached with the “hotel as a whole” in mind and must not be detrimental to the efficient operations of other areas.
• As a representative of senior management, Engineering Supervisor will be called upon to deal with guest problems or complaint related to the maintenance of the rooms.
• Assists the Engineering Manager / Director of Engineering, controls over all personnel in the department, manage work crews on their say-to-day operation.
• Sets up and monitors the duty rosters, handles technical drawings, duty log, records and store inventory.
• Helps in preventive maintenance planning and gives practical advised.
• Co-ordinates with staff of other departments regarding repair work proceeded and follows up until the work is done.
• Overseas the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints.
• Must be organizing morning briefing give induction all technician staff also daily worker to arrange job to do.
• Direct support to engineering staff when need it.
• Organize FCU maintenance and break down.
• Tighten maintaining every single staff activity when on duty to set a goal department.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Melakukan pekerjaan perawatan mekanik / listrik / elektronik / instrumen mesin-mesin produksi sesuai dengan jadwal dan petunjuk yang sudah ditentukan
• Memeriksa kemampuan peralatan mekanik / listrik / elektronik / instrumentasi yang ada dengan alat ukur untuk memastikan bawah peralatan tersebut dalam kondisi prima
• Melakukan troubleshooting peralatan mekanik / listrik mesin produksi
• Mempersiapkan peralatan dan bahan-bahan untuk digunakan dalam perawatan dan perbaikan peralatan mekanik / listrik mesin-mesin produksi
• Melakukan pekerjaan perbaikan di workshop atau laboratorium listrik / elektronik

1. Mengerti dan memahami program CNC ( G code)
2. Mengerti dan memahami drawing 2D/3D
3. Mengerti dan memahami terkait Jig/fixture

• Assist the Duty Engineers and supervisor in the day to day running of the operations and maintenance / repair
• Perform preventive maintenance work, such as cleaning of equipment and lubrication as per schedule.
• Assist in emergency repair in case of break down of any equipment.
• Maintain all equipment to be used in anytime needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the Engineering area.
• Receives orders from Engineering Manager / Supervisor and lays out work procedures and methods to his crew of electrician.
• Estimates and order necessary materials.
• Work at times with his men demonstrating and checking.
• Handles crew in making major repairs to electrical the electrical system.
• Daily check list all mechanical devices
• Responsibility on chiller daily operation include full fill log sheet
• Provide FCU maintenance / whole mechanical devices (AHU, FCU, booster pump, boiler).

• Leading engineering department staffs and directs them to achieve department & company objective
• Managing accounting/budgeting and providing various reports as necessary
• Manages technicians in term of: determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions
• Becoming the person in charge for audit for safety
• Coordinate or acts as a liaison between vendors/contractors or work unit and local statutory governmental organization
• Interprets and implements policies and procedures; evaluates staff and makes hiring and termination recommendations
• Assumes other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Residence Manager

• Plan and organize all process activities in the Engineering Department, including Boiler, Intake and Water Treatment.
• Focus on management of engineering process.
• Improve TPM (total preventive maintenance)
• Manage research, feasibility studies, and cost breakdown related with engineering departement.
• Direct the daily activities of the engineering staff
• Continually examine all new materials, processes, procedures, and technology in the engineering field.
• Budget and effectively control expenses of Engineering Department.
