As a Palo Alto Networks National Channel Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience, preferably in distributed systems or full-stack architecture.
• Highly proficient in one or more programming languages, including Java, C, Go, or Python.
• Solid knowledge of Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, and MySQL. Tuning and query optimization is a plus.
• Skilled practitioner of deployments onto cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) and on-premise environments.
• Experience with FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol is a bonus.
• Able to work individually with limited guidance, responsible for their work, and self-motivated.
• Passionate about technology and software development. Owns an innate desire to never stop learning.
