Moladin is searching for a Legal Credit Senior Counsel! You will be responsible for ensuring that Moladin's operations and transactions are in compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company is operating within the legal framework while maintaining the highest standards of ethics.

• Develop, maintain, and implement legal credit operational programs, including policies and guidelines, documentation, training logs, and related policies/procedures.
• Prepare legal opinion and assistance on financing contracts based on the applicable law and regulations, including drafting, reviewing, advising and obtaining the perfection of the financing and security legal documentations.
• Manage, monitor and administer the public notary to ensure the effective and efficient processing of the financing contracts, collateral checking and pledging documentations including to ensure “zero mistakes documentation” to secure the interest of the creditor when exercising its rights to a Non Performing Financing debtor. 
• Managing internal operations process with credit analyst, appraisal and custodian team to ensure an effective service level agreement based on the company standard operating procedures.
• Provide regular reporting to the management and submit accurate and timely reports to regulators (as applied) to ensure the avoidance of sanctions/fines from regulators.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure the company remains up-to-date and compliant.
• Liaise with external regulators such as the Land National Office, Ministry of Law and Humans Rights, Courts, and other related government agencies.

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Legal Credit and/or Operation function of financial institutions, preferably Multifinance Company and/or Banks.
• Solid understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, with a focus on legal credit, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly responsible, with strong integrity, commitment and discipline.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate advice backed up by sound judgment.

• Work with regional financial management dept. to check all company’s financial and accounting operations to ensure correct financial statements on monthly basis.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports (P&L and BS) and interpret financial information to management while recommending further courses of action.
• In charge of company’s management rules, design internal procedures and related documents to ensure effective risk management and efficient workflow.
• Manage audit processes (Internal- and External audit) and ensure compliance with required standards on financial internal controls (J-SoX, US GAAP, IFRS, OGR) as well as provide compliance training to enhance employees’ understanding and attention to prevent any compliance issue.
• Provide accurate estimation of administrative expenditure to support management to plan yearly budget and quarterly forecast.
• Perform monthly balance sheet review and ensure compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP and group requirements.
• Finance data maintenance related to general ledger in line with Omron Accounting policies and local compliance. Coordinate data alignment with OMCP.

• 5 – 10 years of practical experience in accounting or audit field.
• At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in internal control.
• Proven skills in process and compliance management
• Proven reporting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of relevant ERP systems (JD Edwards)
• Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
• Excellent and effective communication skills.
• Have experience in handling corporate tax.
• Detailed orientated and accurate

As our next Partnership Investment Analyst, you will support business team to perform service operations to individual lenders. You will also work alongside other analysts as well as other function whom will be focusing on maintaining service quality, SLA resulting to lenders satisfaction leve

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of individual lender operations requirements
• Identify gap to ideal process and SLA, gather requirements/ support from other functions (product/ engineering/ finance/ etc)
• Generate report, analysis and input for the business process improvement
• Conduct regular data reconciliation with cross related teams
• Strong individual contributor, able to work effectively with cross functional teams

The qualifications that you must have

• At least 1 year of working experience in Operations/ data analysis role
