Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
• Conduct needs analysis with department heads to define hiring criteria and specifications.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Utilize multiple channels, including social media, job fairs, and industry networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Oversee the application process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably has experience in a managerial or lead role.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively attract and engage top talent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to think strategically and influence hiring decisions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

As a Talent Management intern, you will support the implementation of human resource strategy specifically in the areas of talent management, succession planning, organizational development, performance management, and project management with the objective of establishing the best place to work and empowering A-Team to achieve the best version of themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Assist operational and administrative support for Talent Management and Organization Development activities such as performance review processes, organization structure and job description updates, succession planning and talent development preparation, etc. for both in Head Office and Field Office
• Support administrative tasks for Employee Assistance Program
• Helps administrative tasks and journey for Management Trainee programs
• Manage data and leverage analytics to measure impact of talent actions
• Involve in related TM projects and collaborate with other People & Culture teams to explore and identify potential improvement
• Involve in employee assessment and data processing

• Fresh graduate from any major, preferably from Industrial Engineering or Psychology

• Assist the General Manager to establish owner understanding of the financial impact of non-compliance in providing support for the talent journey activities. 

Recruitment and Selection  

• Lead activities which ensure that the hotel has the right talent in the right role; 

• Engage in processes which assist in spotting talent inside and outside the organisation; 

• Prepare budget of talent needs based on business strategies; 

• Monitor and align staffing to business needs;  

• Handle selection and recruitment of managerial and above positions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience; 

• Establish/ implement retention strategies to fulfill succession planning and business objectives; 

• Establish processes to reduce/ minimise the turnover rate; 

• Identify high potentials through vertical and laterally movements within existing talent by providing departmental transfer in accordance to their skill set; 

• Assist in monitoring present and future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation and make appropriate recommendations. 

Induction and Onboarding  

• Establish onboarding procedures which ensure new talent feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new talent arrival; 

• Co-ordinate and conduct orientation programs and three month training plans; 

• Appoint a support person within the operational team for each and every new talent; 

• Seek feedback from new talent in their first month of employment; 

• Conduct probationary reviews and provide feedback to talent. 

About the team: This role will responsible for all efforts within People & Culture towards Business initiatives.

Requirements

• Having the experience of handling Field Team in FInancial Institution (banks, fintech, multifinance)
• Familiarities in creating HR Projects / HR framework. (Develop - Present - Implement)
• Good understanding  on Financial Institution Business Flow
• 3-4 years collective experience within similar industries / role
• 3-4 years collective experience within Talent Management Function
• Experienced in leading Projects as Project PMO / Project Leader / Project Supervisor
