• Conduct initial screenings to access candidate suitability and interest in available positions

Qualification :

Requierements :

1. Active college student or fresh graduate in a relevant field (Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines)
2. Have basic knowledge of HC management and organizational development concepts
3. Have good logical thinking & analytical skills to understand existing hc business process
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
5. Administration skills using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
6. Preferred: have experience with flow chart or process mapping using Microsoft Visio

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Melakukan survei di lapangan; survei dengan kuesioner;
2. Melakukan controlling lowongan kerja di setiap cabang area selatan;
3. Melakukan controlling SOP di setiap cabang area Selatan;
4. Melakukan pengawasan serta evaluasi terhadap sales

• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Statistics, Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or other related disciplines).
• Basic data analysis skills – familiar with Excel or Google Sheets, SQL and Phyton as poin plus.
• Good communication skills – able to explain analysis results clearly and simply.
