• Develop and maintain a global master data management form following the update of MDM processes.
• Maintain form configuration regularly
• Bug fixing on issues or errors due to MDM form failure
• Provide user training, including the training documentation for the new updated MDM form.
• Work together with the MDM operation team and other global MDM automation teams to provide continuous improvement to the Master Data Management process.
• Advise the MDM customer and MDM operation team for any MDM automation service issue—problem-solving
