  • Design and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness and align with business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring:
• • Track, analyze, and report on brand metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities (MQL/Student Body)
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data to enhance brand impact and achieve business goals.
• Brand Enhancement:
• • Lead initiatives to increase brand recognition and strengthen the university's market position.
  • Develop creative campaigns and promotional activities that resonate with target audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• • Work closely with Sales, Faculty and all SU-related departments to align marketing activities with strategic objectives.

• Campaign Management:

CRM Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to meet business objectives.

Campaign Management:

• Design and execute automated workflows, email campaigns, web push
  notifications, Whatsapp campaigns, etc.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed to
  improve results.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and academic teams to align CRM activities
  with broader marketing initiatives.

Customer Data Management:

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM system.
