Manage the operations of the Front Office Department by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel’s and business objectives. The Role

You will be responsible for managing Love, Bonito's presence on marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora, TikTok) through inventory and store operation. Reporting directly to the Senior Online Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our day to day operation. You’ll be in charge of new product launches, manage inventory, drive promotions, and keep store operations fresh during campaigns, while handling ad-hoc tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly, and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

Launch Enabler:

• Prepare and verify product details to ensure accuracy for registration, maintain precise details according to launch plan and correct product size classifications.
• Ensure all product images meet the required specifications for various marketplaces
• Accurately register products in the marketplace seller center before launch
• Activate and deactivate SKUs as needed before product launches
• Verify that all products are correctly reflected across marketplaces and 3PL system

Inventory & Data Management:

The Role

You will become an integral part of the Merchandising department at Love, Bonito. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of our Merchandising team scopes. Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

• Melakukan pengawasan pengendalian hama sesuai dengan standard operating procedure (SOP) perusahaan dan instruksi kerja(WI) yang digariskan perusahaan atau atas intruksi atasan untuk kepentingan perusahaan
• Melakukan komunikasi dengan baik ke pelanggan.
• Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik, bersama-sama dengan service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, atau dengan branch manager.
• Merespon keluhan pelanggan maksimal 2 jam, sejak keluhan masuk dan melakukan tindakan langkah perbaikan maksimal 24 jam dari janji yang disepakati.

Tanggung Jawab :

• Memiliki tanggung jawab atas kebersihan serta kerapihan kantor. 
• Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan kantor serta membantu persiapan saat ada acara di kantor.
• Menjaga persediaan kantor, seperti snacks, P3K, kertas, alat tulis, dan perlengkapan kantor lainnya, serta melakukan pengecekkan jumlah stok barang yang perlu dibeli.
• Memonitor inventaris & aset perusahaan.
• Menindaklanjuti kebutuhan dan permintaan dari karyawan serta pihak eksternal di lingkungan kantor.

Kualifikasi & Pengalaman

• Wajib masuk 3 hari (Senin, Selasa, Jumat) dalam 1 minggu (hari dapat berubah)
• Min. SMA / sederajat usia min 20 tahun. 
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun bekerja sebagai office assistant atau office boy/girl di perusahaan. 
• Jujur, tegas, rajin, cekatan, teliti, bertanggung jawab, proaktif, dapat dipercaya, berinisiatif dan beretika profesional.
• Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim dan mandiri
• Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik. 
• Memiliki ketertarikan bekerja di perusahaan retail.
