Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Mempersiapkan tender sesuai dengan tenggat waktu dan tanggung jawab yang ditetapkan
• Bekerja sama dengan tim tender terkait dalam mengumpulkan semua materi yang diperlukan dalam respons tender dan persyaratan spesifikasi
• Memantau pengumuman tender dan memahami proses dan dokumentasi tender secara menyeluruh
• Menyiapkan Jaminan Kinerja & Persyaratan Keamanan Penawaran

Kualifikasi :

• Lulusan Sarjana di bidang Administrasi Bisnis, Perdagangan, atau bidang terkait
• Memahami Platform CIVD SKK Migas, SMART GEP dan E-Procurement untuk seluruh K3S SKK Migas
• Memahami PTK 007 Rev 05
• Memiliki pengetahuan Local Content (TKDN)
• Mahir menggunakan MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Lancar berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan

• Membuat dan menjalankan strategi pemasaran berkaitan dengan KOL
• Mengelola semua dokumen adm pembayaran, kontrak influencer
• Membangun hubungan baik dengan influencer
• Membuat dan mengembangkan konten bersama influencer
• Menegosiasikan biaya influencer yang sesuai dengan budget perusahaan
• Menganalisis, memantau, dan membuat laporan

Job Description:

• Identify the program development needs and skills gaps

• Identify related curriculum and continuing learning program / classes
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' core competencies
• Analyze utilization of Learning Management System
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment with talent development initiatives (Initiative : Interesting with new technology, example Gen AI)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development or Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of core competency development
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
