• Assist the Chief Engineer in the daily operation, facilitate effective repair and maintenance of the Hotel Asset

• To ensure the compliance of all local Fire & Safety, building control & environmental codes and regulations
• Coordinate and link with various service companies, contractors, consultants, architects, government, etc.

A Chief Concierge or Assistant Chief Concierge will be responsible for overseeing the concierge department. They are responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are provided to guests, and that their needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

• Personally welcomes VIP guests in a polite and attentive manner.
• Is regularly available in the hotel lobby, reception and hotel area if needed.
• Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty.

• Handles any guest complaints that are not settled directly by members of the team
