• Conduct audit reconciliation and follow up to the related division
• Analyze a risk that occurs or may occurs in the company
• Able to analyze each risk based on its category and perform risk assessment
• Perform annual audit in accordance with the annual audit plan
• Conduct audit findings follow up to the auditee
• To ensure that reconciliations of petty cash are completed on a weekly basis
• To ensure that reconciliations of ATM Cash are completed on a timely manner
• To ensure all filling is done in a timely and accurate manner on a monthly basis
• Reports to the division head on all control and compliance issues as they arise for prompt actions to be effected
• Reviews the policy and procedure of the company
• Serves as liaison for all external audit and regulatory agencies
• Any other duties assigned

• Develop and implement audit plans and schedules based on risk assessments.
• Lead audit engagements, including financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Ensure audits are conducted following established standards and timelines.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend actionable improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to address and resolve audit findings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the audit methodology and processes.
• Assist in developing and updating internal audit policies and procedures.
• Participate in or lead special projects (ISO), investigations, and ad hoc audits as needed.
• Provide insights and recommendations on emerging risks and control issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a risk-based annual internal audit plan for business areas as well as across operational, financial, compliance and risk management audits
• Ensure the adequacy of policies and procedures for managing and mitigating risks, the effectiveness of the implementation of policies and procedures, the quality of parameters applied to identify risks, and the effectiveness of the implementation of human resource management policies and procedures
• Ensure the effectiveness that the implementation of AML-CFT programs
• Ensure that internal audit activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with standards established by industry best practices and the relevant risk and regulatory environment, and provide country management with assurance that local regulatory requirements as well as the expectations of the local regulators are fully met
• Communicate root causes of identified issues, associated risks, including recommendations for improvements in business processes, on the current and future business model and operating environment and ensure that actions plans are properly implemented by management
• Ensure that sufficient audit evidence and documentation is obtained to support audit findings
• Deliver high quality audit reports in a timely manner with audit issues focused on key risks, root causes, materiality, potential solutions and succinct messages
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential red flags and ensure that insights to emerging risk and controls are identified and managed
• Estabilish and monitoring to internal’s applicable SOPs

5. Create and collaborate with graphic designs in visual assets for internal communications.
6. Help coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings, including booking venues, managing RSVPs, and setting up audiovisual equipment.
