• Supervise all front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations and guest services

• Manage enterprise wide risk management programs for multiple products (e.g Lending, digital payment/remittance, digital product)

• Supervise Reservations Agent(s). Ensure department standards and policies are adhered to, making recommendations where necessary to reach overall performance goals
