To assist the Assistant Chief Accountant in overseeing and directing all aspects of operation concerning cash receipt, disbursement, and the company’s bank account, including internal control.

To assist the Chief Accountant in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounts Payable Section.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or General Affairs.
• Proven knowledge of HR practices and general office administration.

• Familiar with MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS) is an advantage. 
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy.

What you will be doing:
Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping departments and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
Maximize room revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed-upon Revenue Management strategies and practices

• Mengatur dan menyediakan berbagai dokumen sesuai keperluan (mis. dokumentasi operasional, SOP, dokumen HR, dll) termasuk pengiriman dan pengarsipan dokumen kepada departemen internal dan external lain yg terkait.
• Memberikan saran ataupun masukkan terhadap jalannya proses operasional kantor.
• Melakukan analisa kebutuhan anggaran dan melakukan pengadaan barang keperluan kantor/adhoc request apabila diperlukan.
• Update absensi dan kebutuhan lemburan karyawan.
• Membina hubungan dengan internal maupun eksternal dan menindaklanjuti penanganan nota pembayaran/invoice.
• Menyusun jadwal pengambilan dan/atau pengiriman dokumen ke/dari lembaga yang bersangkutan, serta mengelola pengarsipan dokumen.
