Responsibilities

• Research potential vendors
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken

• Has proven working experience as Purchasing Officer
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
• Has the ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Procurement Management/Supply Chain Management/ Business Economics/ Logistics

What you will do but not limited to:

• Manage and optimize end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management
• Conduct surveys to evaluate potential partners and commodities based on predefined parameters
• Support procurement activities for digital goods and other operational sourcing needs
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to drive cost savings and efficiency
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Experience in the Agribusiness sector is preferred
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract management, and resource management

Job responsibilities:

• Source and procure supplies and materials needed for daily operations.
• Create and manage purchase orders, tracking delivery times and order status.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and agreements.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and efficient communication.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

You will responsible for ensuring proper authorization for all goods entering the hotel.

· Inspecting all incoming goods to ensure that quantity, quality, price and all the other specifications are adhered to.

· Prepare daily receiving report summaries and report on any variances immediately.

· To check and input Food and Beverage and General store purchase into the hotel inventory system.

· To ensure the goods are secured and prompt transfer.

· To ensure that goods in the receiving area are secure at all times.

· To ensure that Occupational Health and safety requirements are observed, maintained and enforced.

• Responsible for procurement life-cycle and vendor management for marketing, work equipment, IT assets and services, and various ready-made or custom materials and services
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality while working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop, implement and manage an annual vendor review process and an ongoing vendor approval process
• Analyze spend to develop cost reduction road maps and strategies
• Work with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company
• Manage vendor onboarding and verification, and ensure NDAs are set in place to protect company information
