Responsibilities :

1. Recommend adjustments to assembly or production processes.
2. Ensure that products are checked according to standards and report to the direct superior if any product discrepancies are found.
3. Inspect, test, or measure manufactured materials or products. Accept or reject finished goods.
4. Inspect product samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and checking functionality.
5. Check incoming and outgoing goods. Day-to-day inspection of incoming, processed, and outgoing products.
6. Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications. Determine the cause of product defects and rework.
7. Check that assembly or production lines comply with standard procedures. Comply with legal requirements.
8. Review blueprints and specifications to compare to manufactured items.
9. Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing rework and waste, and entering data into a quality database.
10. Report inspection results (incoming, Process, and Outgoing) via WA and Checksheet on the same day.
11. Monitor the safety of equipment use and discard any that do not meet requirements.
12. Assists in the development of test methods and inspection plans.
13. Keeps measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs
14. Participate in creating IK and OPL for critical products and critical processes.

• Collect and analyze sample recordings and score recording results.
• Generate the Quality Control (QC) worksheet.
• Conduct phone verifications with Debtors for QC purposes.
• Create monthly reports, sign them, and document the QC results.
• Offer suggestions to trainers based on the QC findings.
• Stay available and actively participate with both the Desk Collection team and the Field Collection team.
• Assume the role of an auditor.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in finance, banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Control (QC) professional, investigator, or auditor.
• Strong interest in the financial technology industry.
• Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
• Attention to detail in work and advanced analytical abilities.
• Strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Bahasa and English (preference given to fluent candidates).
