Job Responsibilities

• Market Experimentation
  Reach out to different potential clients and find out about their pain points to see where our product stands.
• Market Awareness
  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, ensuring our product remains competitive.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• User-Centric Approach with Integration
  Champion a user-centric approach to product development, gathering user feedback and conducting usability testing to inform decision-making. Availability to visit our potential client site is a must. Able to ideate short-term and long-term goals of a user’s problem and manage their expectations.
• Product Metric Tracking (Data Driven)
  Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product metrics to measure the success of the B2B application.
• Release Management
  Plan and oversee product releases, coordinating with development teams to ensure on-time delivery of new features and updates.
• Continuous Improvement
  Continuously iterate and improve the application based on user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Stakeholder Communication & Management
  Communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external users.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Around 2+ years of experience in Digital Product Design.
• Task prioritization given constraint.
• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager with a focus on B2B applications (Web app & mobile).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools and analytics platforms.
• A track record of successfully delivering digital products both 0-1 and 1-10 that meet or exceed user expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to convey information to team through graph, diagram, and LoFi Design
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

• Develop detailed engineering drawings and designs for production and manufacturing, utilizing CAD software to produce precise and accurate technical documentation.
• Create drawings according to the specifications and quantities outlined in the Budget Plan.
• Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop technical reports, summarizing project details, design specifications, and potential challenges or considerations.
• Collaborate with architects, operations team, and contractors to address design issues, provide technical support, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date project file system, ensuring easy access to drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

• Construction Experience 2 years is required. Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles.
• Excellent knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe.

• Improve and maintain customer service experience, understanding their needs to provide effective assistance
• Providing product information, explaining features clearly, and answering customer questions
• Assisting customers in making purchase decisions, offering additional products if suitable
• Processing transactions accurately through the cashier or point-of-sale system
• Maintain the cleanliness of the sales area, ensuring products are displayed properly and adequately stocked

• 1-2 years of working experience
• Experience in construction business, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
