About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Associate to join AMODA. In this position, you will be responsible for tasks such as preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and assisting with payroll. You will also be involved in various accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations and daily cash flow
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and address inquiries related to accounting and taxation
• Perform month-end and year-end closing process for the preparation of financial statements and management reports that guides for strategic decision-making
• Participating in audit processes and financial reviews, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Conducting in-depth research on tax laws and regulations to identify opportunities for optimization and compliance enhancement
• Staying at the forefront of industry trends and tax developments to provide informed guidance to clients and internal teams
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/Tax/Banking or a related field from a reputable university
• 3+ years of working experience in the finance/accounting/tax department for a high growth organization or a start-up company (preferably in the construction/manufacturing/hospitality industry)
• Strong understanding of local accounting principles especially the updated one such as PSAK 72 & PSAK 73, Tax Regulations, and Financial Reporting rules in Indonesia
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate and Jurnal.id (preferably), Ms. Suite, and Taxation tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytic skills, and problem solving
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Having Brevet A & B certificates would be an advantage

• Develop a team of Hospitality Business Development and Operations Team
• Attract and close new AMODA’s cabins/villa hospitality management business
• Ensure our hospitality complex maintains its strong positioning within every region
• Develop, execute and review a progressive business development plan to achieve sales and operational SLA targets
• Develop, execute, and review our hospitality complex Standard Operating Procedure, ensuring operational excellence for our customers
• Continuous review of the pricing, competitor analysis and industry trends
• Effectively and professionally conduct site inspections
• Produce weekly revenue and activity reporting
• Attend and actively participate in weekly sales team meetings

• 3-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management (or equivalent international degree) 

• 6 years’ experience in the business development, sales, management operations, or related professional area demonstrating a pattern of exceptional performance
• At least 3 years’ experience as a team leader
• Had experience working in Marriott/Bonvoy, IHG, Hilton,  or Hyatt Group is preferred
• Expert project management and organizational skills with a service mindset
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to travel 25-30% of the time

• Develop and execute social media strategy to enhance brand identity
• Manage multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
• Create engaging and informative social media content, ensuring consistency and brand integrity
• Identify and engage with industry-specific KOLs to drive brand collaborations and partnerships
• Analyze and report on social media and KOL campaign performance to optimize future strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, product development, etc.) to align social media and KOL initiatives with overall business goals

• Proven as a Social Media Manager or similar role at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
• A pro at navigating the evolving Indonesian influencer landscape and identifying the perfect KOL fit
• Have experience working in startups or marketing agencies
• Can rock a mean TikTok dance move (optional, but definitely impressive!)
• Able to use design & creative tools like Canva, Adobe
• Comfortable creating content in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to cater to our diverse audience
• Familiarity with industry-specific KOLs and ability to establish and maintain relationships with them
• A creative powerhouse with a knack for crafting viral-worthy content that resonates with local audiences
