• Handle day to day relationships with DSPs - set up communication process and tools;

• Reporting and Performances - deliver trade marketing reports to all teams, monitor KPI and analyse performances;
• Monitor local market practices - competitive initiatives and local market trends in Indonesia
• International - promote IKRs (International Key Releases) in Indonesia

Within the Label and Artists Solutions team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients and define with your manager the best solutions to maximize client satisfactions and services execution.  As the clients’ point of contact, you will be responsible for:

1. Delivering flawless service, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration of teams:
   1. Operational support (within internal team)
   2. Marketing optimization (with Editorial and Marketing Partnership teams)
2. Proactively providing the best strategic support (go-to-market strategies, quarterly business reviews, providing insights, etc.)  with the use of digital distribution knowledge
3. Fully comprehending the client needs and identify potential services to upsell
4. Participating in year-on-year development of customer’s revenue and gross margin through analyzing data from the dashboard and continuously monitoring the performance
5. Ensuring timely renewal of contracts
