Responsibilities

• Appraisal car condition based on inspection result and determine adjustments financing price to dealers.
• Analyze and compare the financing price to dealers against the price of the units in the market.
• Develop pricing framework to identify the best way to make Deduction.
• Give recommendations on inspection framework to improve Appraisal process.
• Conduct market research and gather data from various sources to analyze trends in the automotive industry, particularly in the used car market.
• Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support Moladin's sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of pricing decisions, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Assist with other analytical projects as assigned by the company leadership.

• 3+ years of experience in pricing analyst or related field in used car or car financing industry is a must.
• Prior experience in inspecting cars is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Worksheet.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibility:

• Melakukan audit operasional, dan kepatuhan di cabang kami untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar perusahaan dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
• Melakukan investigasi internal terkait dengan dugaan penipuan, pelanggaran kebijakan, atau masalah etika di cabang.
• Memeriksa dan mengevaluasi prosedur operasional serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.

• Pendidikan minimal S1 bidang akuntansi, keuangan, manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun dalam bidang audit internal, atau operasional cabang, di industri keuangan atau perusahaan leasing.
• Pengetahuan yang kuat tentang industri perusahaan leasing dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
• Kemampuan analitis yang baik dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

• Melakukan negosiasi dengan debitur yang terlambat membayar, menawarkan solusi yang layak untuk mendorong pembayaran dengan segera.
• Menyiapkan laporan analisis berdasarkan hasil kunjungan ke debitur.

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma / SMK / SMA.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam posisi serupa.
• Memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat dalam Collection and Recovery di industri keuangan.
• Memiliki tingkat integritas dan perilaku etis yang tinggi.
