We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Agri Commerce and Partnership Lead to drive business growth in our Agri-commerce initiatives. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, engaging with stakeholders, and leading sales efforts to maximize opportunities in the agricultural sector. 

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Leading Agri-Commerce and Partnership team and responsible in achieving the sales target/OKRs. 

• Establish and manage strategic relationships with partners in the agriculture sector to drive sales, business growth, sustainability and managing the Account Receivable (AR). 

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions tailored to partners and customers. 

• Lead negotiations and secure contracts with major clients and stakeholders. 

• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and adjust approaches accordingly. 

• Present sales reports and forecasts, and track performance against targets to management. 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field. 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and partnership management, commercial and/or business development. 

• Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships in the agriculture sector and has network and/or proven track record on various commodities in Agribusiness industry.

Responsibilities Area:

Lead product strategy for the gaming industry

• Crafting unique value proposition for the gaming industry based on market research and customer understanding
• Develop a full end-to-end product roadmap with strong product vision & strategy specific to the gaming sector

Majamojo is a joint venture created by Telkomsel (through its subsidiary PT Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital) and GoTo (through PT Aplikasi Multimedia Anak Bangsa). With an aim to become the leading gaming publisher in Indonesia, Majamojo will focus on mobile game development in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farming Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Farming Lead, you will take a leadership role in driving farming initiatives and strategies across multiple farming operations and commodities. You will work closely with various stakeholders including but not limited to farmers, agronomists, agri input suppliers, harvest processing, and technology teams to optimize farming practices, increase yields, and improve the overall efficiency and sustainability of agricultural operations by enhancing its operational model and business model to allow further scaling it up in the future.

• Define, develop, implement and continous improve On Farming strategies, including planning, resource allocation, engagement model, and performance monitoring to enhance best farming practices and drive sustainable growth.
