The Specialized Sales Manager and Account Executive will play an essential role in managing, developing and growing Visa’s business with our Tier-3 clients in targeted regions. In this role, you will be the primary contact for small institutions, addressing inquiries, solving problems and freeing up resources from country-specific sales and functional areas to nurture and expand business with key clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for generating leads, executing sales initiatives and implementing business development and portfolio management strategies in continuous collaboration with Sales and Cross Functional Areas. In this role, you are expected to:

• Managed Service Project Delivery: Directly drive the implementation of VCA’s strategy recommendation by working on-site with Visa clients. Lead the PMO of strategic initiatives by collaborating with client counterparts. Initiatives will typically be in cards product management, portfolio optimization, operational improvements and campaigns.
• Managed Service Project Oversight: Oversee specialist VMS resources working on-site with Visa clients. Manage client relationship and overall project management.
• Business Development: Support proposal content development, conduct research on Visa and industry data to analyze potential client needs, identify suitable Visa / VCA solutions to solve client needs
• Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa’s rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk and Merchant Solutions teams

Job Description

Identify business opportunity by performing assessment based on VisaNet data and any external data (Euro Monitor, etc) to analyze the acceptance penetration, distribution across segment & geography. This will include ad-hoc analysis as per of internal and external client request as per business dynamics.

• Supporting the business team to develop the business case & proposal and the execution, including contract management, verification and validation program result, reporting, monitoring and reviewing the program result against target. Including, Performance Dashboard, Reporting Requirement and Quarterly Business Review, both internally and externally.
• Working closely with Finance and Operation for budgeting, forecast and expense management (including payment processing, PR/PO)
• Supporting the team to ensure compliance with the policies & procedures. Including managing IAP end-to-end processes, both for internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing and deepening key acquirers relationship, including key merchants and 3rd party enablers (Payment Facilitators, Payment Gateway, etc) to support client’s and Visa’s growth. Developing Account Plan, identifying strategic opportunities and Visa’s capabilities to address client challenges and goals in order to increase Visa penetration.
• Managing acceptance special project which could include pricing, interchange and solution deployment.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
