Key Activities

• Deliver Sales / Revenue based on Sales Pipeline & Key focus industries

Financial Management

• Ensure proper pricing and contracts are applied according to company's policies and guidelines
• Understand the company's financial guidelines such as forecast and pipeline management
• Use sales technology and digital tools to do work efficiently by recording prospects, forecast pipeline and convert sales
• Monitor the actual financial performance against budget/forecast and ensure the implementation of actions that will lead to the achievement of the targets

Research Design and Proposal Development

• Prepare a proper proposal that align with client's needs and relevant to answer client's objectives
• Conduct proposal presentation

Project Management

• Ensure deliverables from Client Success Manager (CSM) team is according to the right scope agreed with client.

Client Management

• Serve as a Point of Contact at the client (SPOC): overall management of client contact,
• Communicates and consults regularly with client on top-level-management

We’re expanding and are actively looking for an experienced and highly motivated talent to join our Revenue team. You’ll be working alongside Partnership, Marketing and Customer Success team to generate sales leads in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Build business development pipeline by proactively identifying opportunities and engaging with key prospects
• Plan and execute a territory plan with clear account prioritisation
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencers across the customers’ organisations

• Uncover customers’ pressures, challenges and priorities to effectively position our offering to meet their business objectives
• Participate in pricing and tender/proposal reviews with senior management to ensure alignment to the customer requirements
• Possess a thorough knowledge of the market, and the solutions and services Xtremax provides

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
• Impressive track record in B2B or B2G sales, with key established connections in the relevant sector
• History of successfully developing and maintaining senior client relationships
• Demonstrate good empathy and listening skills

• A highly self-motivated and independent initiator with excellent interpersonal skills
• A team player who is willing to work for the success of the team and its goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Maintain regular contact with clients – build good relationship with Clients
• Lead effective meetings/ conversation
