Strategy development and execution:
-Support the development and refinement of the market's medium to long term strategies as market evolves and opportunities & challenges arise (e.g., evaluating pros and cons of the cluster’s strategic options, size future business opportunities, preparing detailed business case, etc.)
-Be part of the most relevant strategic projects in market (e.g., pricing, economics, cost associated efficiencies, segmentation, competitive assessment)
-Support the execution of key market strategic initiatives and support cross functional coordination required to successfully deliver complex projects
-Research, consolidate, analyse Indonesia macroeconomic trends, regulatory evolutions, competitors’ moves to provide insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Performance & P&L assessment:
-Work closely with Finance to monitor and track market ongoing performance & objectives and key results, against targets
-Provide critical thinking and working with market & cluster cross functional teams to understand underlying business factors and address any challenges and opportunities to accelerate business objective
-Support Head of Clients in managing sales pipelines in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring optimal pipeline management / tracking to target
Operations:
-Support Head of Strategy, Business Planning & Operations in managing entire BAU country operations, such as cost management, coordination of executive market visits, planning of key internal & external events, Visa internal quarterly and annual analysis & budget planning.
Operating Model:
-Support execution of market operating model to ensure correct delivery and effectiveness, by pursuing initiatives & process enhancements
-Actively participate as working group member to periodic reviews of high priority market initiatives which are sensitive for market P&L
-Support client facing teams in developing streamlined account business reviews to ensure key areas of focus are addressed
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
