• Developing special promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials to help increase revenue. 
• Proven ability to oversee daily activities, optimize seating arrangements, manage staff schedules, and ensure exceptional guest service within these outlets.
• Cost and Revenue Management: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing costs and driving revenue within a food and beverage setting. Proficiency in monitoring inventory levels, implementing cost-control measures, and strategizing to enhance profitability while maintaining high-quality offerings.

• Bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola operasional semua gerai Food & Beverage Perusahaan agar berjalan lancar
• Membuat dan menjalankan strategi pemasaran secara tepat, baik offline maupun online
• Memastikan semua sistem dan SOP berjalan dengan baik
• Mengelola inventori dan anggaran secara efisien
• Memimpin dan mengelola SDM gerai Food & Beverage untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan Perusahaan
• Memastikan kualitas menu dan palayanan terjaga sesuai dengan standar

Tanggung Jawab:

- Mencari pelanggan baru dan mengembangkan pelanggan lama

- Memupuk hubungan baik dan menanggapi keluhan pelanggan

- Menyalurkan informasi pasar kepada pimpinan Perusahaan

- Bekerja sama dengan baik dengan anggota tim lainnya

Persyaratan:

- Motivasi tinggi dan pantang menyerah

- Kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama yang baik

- Business Development Executive: Pengalaman kerja di bidang penjualan B2B (Business-to-Business) minimal 1 tahun

- Business Development Manager: Pengalaman kerja di bidang penjualan B2B (Business-

to-Business) minimal 3 tahun, dengan minimal 1 tahun dalam posisi pemimpin

- Pengetahuan dalam teknologi dan materi bahan pengemas (optional)

- Kemampuan dalam berbahasa Inggris (optional)
