• Be fully conversant with the brand, its standards and its DNA (visual and written communication, product, service, distribution e.g. brand Packages) 

• Manage brand compliance for the hotel to grow the equity of the hotel and outlet brands and the brand equity across all channels

Induction and Onboarding

• Co-ordinate and conduct orientation programs and three month training plans; 

• Appoint a support person within the operational team for each and every new talent; 

• Seek feedback from new talent in their first month of employment;

As the Assistant Director of Finance, you will work closely with the Director of Finance to oversee the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies and objectives to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
