Role and Responsibilities:

• Respond to Customer’s requests and inquiries
• Real-time monitoring on the Network Monitoring System (NMS)
• Compilation of data on respective alarms prior escalating such alarms as per severities with the relevant teams
• Preliminary investigation, classification, and acknowledgement of NMS alarms as per SOP
• Initial alarms trouble shooting (logs, traces, CDRs), alarm verifications, impact analysis and next actions

As a SASE SE Specialist for network security transformation, you provide technical expertise and guidance in customers' network security transformation and zero trust journey.  You will be key in defining technical solutions that secure a customer’s key business imperatives.  You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security services that establish Palo Alto Networks as a customer’s cybersecurity partner.
 

Your Impact

• Collaborate with sales teams to recommend and develop customer solutions on network transformation with SD-WAN and SASE.

• Present to customers as our expert at all levels in the customer hierarchy, from practitioner to senior leadership.

• Lead and support customer demonstrations that showcase our unique value proposition.

• Responsible for prospective customers and partners' Technical Validation projects based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities.

• Architect SD-WAN and SASE solutions that will help our customers strengthen to transform their network and simplify their security posture

• Document high-level design and key use cases to ensure proper implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks solutions

• Lead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the network & security landscape.

• Responsible for discussing and highlighting product alignment with customer requirements and differentiation

• As the main technical point of contact for SD-WAN/SASE, you will assist and collaborate to respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs.

• Position Palo Alto Networks or Partner delivered services as appropriate to ensure proper implementation and value realization of Palo Alto Networks solutions

• Discuss, with credibility, competitive offers in the marketplace and position ours as the best alternative

• Participating in sprint briefing, technical discussion, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective;
• Writing maintainable test code that conforms to the architecture pattern that the team follows;
• Being able to work with Developers and Business stakeholders in:
• Writing user journey test scripts;
• Converting manual test cases to test automation code (mobile/web);
• Refining user stories and acceptance criteria during sprint planning;
• Maintaining test pipelines on our CI/CD servers; and
• Driving demo session.

• Assessing IP Core infrastructure capability
• Develop plan for improvement based on operation, data traffic engineering to improve service & customer experience
• Monitor operations and IP Core infrastructure and ISP Engineering
• Provides technical assistance to enterprise support team, network operation and other department teams
• Manage IP Core testing, security testing, and troubleshooting
• Implement security measures to protect the organization's IP core infrastructure and ISP services from unauthorized access and malicious attacks
• Initiate and perform project, implement technical standard
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and maintenance activities

1. Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fiber optic technology, network architecture, and infrastructure deployment, with 3 years in supervisory roles.
3. Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Strong technical expertise in routing, switching, and IP addressing.
6. Proficiency in networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and IPv6.
7. Experience with configuring and managing ISP services, including broadband access, FTTH, HFC, fiber, and wireless technologies.
8. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are a plus
