Daily Worker - Guest Service Agent.

As a Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, including check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions about hotel amenities and services, and handling guest complaints or concerns. They must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other hotel staff, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. Guest Service Agents must also be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
