To execute and administer all importation activities i.e. shipments documentations, timely input of accurate data, provide support for the step by step of the transportation process from Regional and ensure compliance to all trade regulations & the products have been delivered properly and on time as business need.

Requirement: (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)

Education & Experience:

• 1-2 years of working experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Trading Operational / Supply Chain management is preferable
• Knowledge and Skills:
• Preferably to have the knowledge of import documentations, creating PIB documents, banking functions, and import regulations & legal requirements
• Knowledge of international trade/ import requirements for shipments globally preferred
• Good analytical skill, detail oriented, and computer literate

Your qualities

As an Executive Sous Chef you will be second in command and report directly to the Executive Chef. As such you must be intimately familiar with all the activities involved in kitchen operations and be prepared to step in and cover all eventualities if called upon. You will need to be able to prepare and cook a wide range of international dishes, including French, Italian, and fusion cooking. We’re looking for an experienced Ad Sales Senior Executive to handle several key partners and new clients for Gameloft in the region with a focus on Jakarta-based leads.

You are deeply involved in direct media and programmatic sales and, beyond the day-to-day business, you focus on shaping and pitching strategic media offers to sell Gameloft premium and programmatic advertising in-game inventory to brands and agencies of reference.

• Compliance Control for HSE Legal Requirement, Industrial estate Regulation and Customer Need.

Regulatory Operational

Documents Preparation:

• requesting new product launching Registration document
• requesting new product launching product sample (especially skincare)
• requesting contain of formula, Product Spec, CFS, GMP, LOA Registration document and completion of PIF
• drafting ingredients in the formula for each SKU Formulation
• recheck-submitting formula, putting the size/packaging, checking claims, choosing the category of the product submission to BPOM

Regulatory Process

• Products submission to BPOM online system
• Process & follow up payment fee of the registration
• Verify & follow-up to BPOM related with the payment process
• checking and follow-up through BPOM system Product ID
• Follow-up the notification progress of notification approval
• Follow-up the postponed product and its settlement
• Updating notification database Product notification list/database
• Process the KIT letter based on information from Marketing team, to issuing the BPOM Certification
• Registering new manufacturer by giving GMP New manufacturer
• Maintain files tracking of notification certificate from BPOM system to company internal folder (pdf files certificate)

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, preferably Apothecary
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the same position, preferably in Cosmetic Industry. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.

• Good manner & fluently in speaking, negotiating, and discussion with Government Officer and principal

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, and carry out tasks and requests as instructed. The Executive Secretary works with minimum supervision and handles confidential matters professionally.

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative and coordination

• Manage the General Manager’s diary to co-ordinate meetings/appointments, and to ensure smooth running of such meetings

• Screen/handle telephone calls, appointments, mails and emails and take action accordingly

• Take minutes at the Executive Committee Meeting

• Coordinate and communicate with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager

• Prepare and manage correspondences with internal and external parties for General Manager’s signature

• Attend to requests from divisional, corporate or owners offices and facilitate it accordingly

• Attend to residents/patrons’ special requests or complaints that are directed to the General Manager

• Co-ordinate travel arrangements in a highly efficient manner and prepare detailed travel file accordingly

• Ensure approval forms are prepared for the General Manager for signature and approval of the Vice President, Operations, e.g. leave application forms, travel approval forms, expense claims reports, etc.

• Maintain systematic up-to-date filing and tracing systems

• Maintain and update Executive Committee and Department Heads’ personal files kept in the General Manager’s office
